Process Improvement

KyCPE coaches have literally worlds of experience working with education, manufacturing, health care, service, and nonprofit organizations on process improvement.
KyCPE Coaches have worked with School Districts to improve support services: food services, facilities management, recruiting-hiring-training-retention process, communications & community support, personnel attendance, student attendance, and more. KyCPE has worked successfully with 23 Kentucky School Districts (2014-2017 and ongoing).
